With this Swagman the trees are palms, the billabong comes complete with spa jets and there’s not a billy can in sight!

In the popular northern suburb of Kinross, just over 1km to the Indian Ocean you’ll find The Swagman. A fantastic family home thoughtfully presented and equipped with everything you will need for even the longest of stays.

At the front of the home you’ll find the formal lounge. Furnished with a luxurious leather lounge suite, and with TV, DVD player and games console. The master bedroom also faces the front, with a queen sized bed and huge walk in wardrobe. The en-suite shower room is ultra modern and stylish - with plenty of room for 2 in the shower... You can chose to dine in either the formal or informal dining areas. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and has an all important dishwasher. The kitchen overlooks the comfortable family room where you will find another leather lounge suite, another TV and DVD player. The rear of the property houses the minor bedrooms: one double, one single and a fun and funky bunk room. These bedrooms are served by the family bathroom complete with separate shower and bath. In this area you will also find the laundry and the toilet.

Outdoors is accessible either via the family room or the laundry, here you will find plenty space for everyone, a covered patio with outdoor dining for 8, a stainless steel bbq, shady lawned garden area, breakfasting courtyard and the all important swimming pool, fully fenced for the safety of your children and equipped with a spa seat for total relaxation. The pool area has a sun deck and loungers for working on that sun tan.

To make life as easy as possible the Swagman will welcome you with your essential food supplies, a toiletries pack, DVDs, books, games for the games console and board games are all waiting for you too - you really just do need to bring your clothes and your toothbrush.

The Swagman has a telephone and if you require dial up internet access, the cables can be provided.

From the Swagman you can be lazing on Burns Beach in 5 minutes, at Currambine railway station in a couple of minutes, shopping in either Currambine or Clarkson in 5 mins, sampling the restaurants of Joondalup in a little over 5 mins, or drooling over the Yachts in Mindarie Marina over a beer at The Boat in under 10 mins.

• 15 minutes drive away from Hillarys Boat Harbour with boardwalk full of gift and speciality shops, restaurants, cafes, tavern, Aquarium of WA (AQWA), water park, trampolines, crazy golf and a sheltered beach for suitable for toddlers.

Note that whilst the train station is only 15 minutes walk away, we really do recommend that you hire a car.
