Reservations
Tentative bookings can be held for a maximum of 5 days. After this time
a deposit or full balance (if within 8 weeks of arrival) will be
required to secure your reservation.
Payment
If you make your booking
more than 8 weeks prior to the date of commencement , a deposit of one
half of the total tariff is required to confirm your booking. The
balance is due exactly 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If you are making
your booking within 8 weeks of arrival, the full tariff is required to
confirm the booking.
All payments can be made
by cheque, Bank Cheque, or Bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Once your booking has been confirmed and receipted
your deposit is non-refundable.
Bookings cannot be
cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival. If the booking is cancelled in
writing more than 8 weeks from the date of commencement of your stay,
you will be released from the liability for the full balance of hire.
The deposit is non-refundable.
We recommend that you purchase
cancellation insurance to safeguard your investment.
Check-in/out Times
The properties will be ready for occupation after 3.30pm upon arrival.
We will contact you at least 5 days before commencement of your booking
to make arrangements to hand over the keys. If you are not going to
contactable by email at this time it will be your responsibility to
contact us. We would ask that you vacate the property by 10.30am on the
day of departure unless prior arrangement has been made.
Bath Towels and Linen
The property will be provided with pillows, doonas (duvets), sheets, bath
towels and tea towels. NOTE: Baby linen cannot be provided
(Health & Safety Regulations) - so you'll need to bring your own.
The property is classed as non smoking , but we have no objection to you
smoking in the outdoor areas.
Telephone
Guests requiring the use
of a land-line during their stay are permitted to get the telephone
connected at their cost. A handset is provided. Those guests choosing to
connect the phone remain liable for all costs incurred in its use.
Electricity/Gas/Water
The hire fee includes all
everyday use of electricity, water and gas. Upon your arrival the meter
readings will be recorded. You will be advised as to how much of each
utility is included in the charge. Any excess usage will be deducted
from your bond.
Cleaning
Due to the limited time
available to our cleaning we must ask that you leave the property clean
and tidy at the end of your stay. In the event that the property is not
left clean and tidy the cost of the extra cleaning
time will be deducted from your Breakages Bond.
Breakages Bond
A breakages deposit is payable upon arrival. This will be returned to
you once the house has been inspected after your departure. Any cost of
repairs to replace damaged items will be deducted from this bond.
In the unlikely event that
you find something not working or damaged when you first arrive, please
tell us immediately so that we may rectify it - and so you don't get
charged for repairs when you leave.
Under no circumstances may
the number of persons in the rental exceed the maximum number of guests
as stated in the holiday confirmation letter. |
