Once through the front door you will find the formal lounge and the master suite at the front of the home. The formal lounge is a bright sunny room and has been furnished in the style of a sun room. It’s proximity to the master bedroom makes the front of the home feel like a self contained master suite, ideal for quiet moments with a book or magazine. With quality bedroom furniture, the master bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in robe and an en-suite shower room. Venturing through to the open-plan family area you'll feel as though you're visiting one of the city's numerous show homes. The dining area has a seating for 6 and the comfortable family room has a TV, DVD and hi-fi. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with new appliances, including a dishwasher. The breakfast bar overlooks both the dining area and family room with a passageway leading to the laundry, family bathroom and the additional three bedrooms.

Outdoors there is a large covered patio with al fresco dining for 6 and gas barbeque. The home also has well maintained mature sheltered gardens and a large lawn area ideal for even the youngest children to play. 

For those sultry summer days, the house is kept cool with ducted air conditioning throughout. The owners will also provide cosy gas heating for the chilly winter mornings

A 5 minute drive will have you splashing in the surf or watching the beautiful sunset on Burns Beach. Less than that and you can shop till you drop at the Lakeside shopping centre in Joondalup.  Joondalup also boasts many restaurants bars and sporting facilities. Catch the train into central Perth from the local station at Currambine.
