NOTE: Variances can be agreed upon, by prior direct arrangement with
the owner.
Reservations
A
deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of
these terms and conditions.
Payment
Balance of
the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy.
If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re
let it.
Cancellation Policy
6 weeks or more notice - 75% refund
4-6 weeks
notice - 50% refund
4 weeks
notice or less –no refund
To maintain a good
standard for our guests, we request certain conditions to be complied
with:

Number of
guests should not exceed the number stated when booking, or
subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess
guests, not agreed with the owners in advance.

Please
respect our neighbours, no parties or functions, disturbance to the
neighbours, including excessive noise, is not permitted and may
result in termination of rental.

Damage,
breakages, theft and loss are the tenant’s responsibility during
their stay.

On
Departure we would appreciate property being left in a similar state
to its condition on arrival.

CHECK
IN is after 4pm to allow us time to
prepare the property after the last guests.

CHECK
OUT is 10am by the latest, to allow time to organise and prepare
the property for the next guests.

Pets
are not allowed, unless specific arrangements have been made in
writing or email, in advance, with the owner.

Loss-
the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property
Additional Terms and Conditions may be applicable for
long term guests. These will be made clear by the property owner. |
