It is FREE to list your property on this site. We even design the web pages for you FREE.  You only pay a small fee for successful bookings (7.5% of your tariff)  This is at least 25% lower than referral fees of other sites). So what have you got to lose?  

We will only list properties that we can happily recommend to our user community - giving you a higher occupancy rate and our users peace of mind. We don't publish any information about your property without your consent and you can request changes to your listing at any time.

Once accepted, your property will be given it's own web pages within our rental section that will optionally show a floor plan, photos of each room (& outside) and a section listing all the property's amenities. We will also maintain a booking calendar allowing your prospective clients to see when the property is available. All properties also get an enquiry page that allows our users to make a reservation - which is automatically emailed to you.

Our active promotion of MoveToPerth is resulting in increasing numbers of overseas interest on our rentals pages. As we only currently list a small number of properties, any new listings are guaranteed to get immediate interest - so why not get the ball rolling and contact us to get your property showcased.

Once your property has been listed, we will create a feedback thread within our community forum to allow your satisfied clients to add their own testimonials - thus increasing your property's exposure.
