Reservations
Tentative bookings can be held for a maximum of 5 days. After this time a deposit or full balance (if within 8 weeks of arrival) will be required to secure your reservation.

Payment

40% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due prior to your arrival.

All payments can be made by credit card, cheque, Bank Cheque, or Bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
Once your booking has been confirmed and receipted your deposit is non-refundable.

We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance to safeguard your investment.

Check-in/out Times
The properties will be ready for occupation after 2pm upon arrival. We will contact you at least 5 days before commencement of your booking to make arrangements to hand over the keys. If you are not going to contactable by email at this time it will be your responsibility to contact us. We would ask that you vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure unless prior arrangement has been made.

Bath Towels and Linen
The property will be provided with pillows, doonas (duvets), sheets, bath towels and tea towels.

Cleaning

Due to the limited time available to our cleaning we must ask that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay. In the event that the property is not left clean and tidy the cost of the extra cleaning time will be deducted from your Breakages Bond.

Breakages Bond
A $300 breakages deposit is payable upon arrival. This will be returned to you once the house has been inspected after your departure. Any cost of repairs to replace damaged items will be deducted from this bond.

In the unlikely event that you find something not working or damaged when you first arrive, please tell us immediately so that we may rectify it - and so you don't get charged for repairs when you leave.

Smoking

The home is non-smoking inside. 

Pets

No pets are permitted.

Under no circumstances may the number of persons in the rental exceed the maximum number of guests as stated in the holiday confirmation letter.
