Located in the Northern Suburb of Mindarie, Key Views is a tri-level town house with stunning views over Mindarie Keys Marina. Here you have a choice of balconies from which to watch the nautical comings and goings of the Marina as well as a secluded courtyard at the back for private entertaining.

Inside is as spectacular as the view. On the entry level you will find 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) a family bathroom with bath and shower, a laundry and access to your courtyard which is fully fenced so the little ones can’t escape. Here you also have an outdoor setting and gas bbq.

Upstairs on the main “living level” is a well furnished living area with TV, DVD player and the luxury of Foxtel Digital TV. A six-seat dining suite is positioned so you can drink-in the view as you dine - and the Balcony is perfect for those pre dinner drinks.

The huge gourmet kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave and everything else you will need to cook up a feast.

The upper level is a very private master suite, fitted-out with Queen size bed, lounge area, luxury bathroom complete with corner bath, huge walk in robe and from the Balcony you get the best views of the Marina.

The living areas and master suite are air conditioned while the cooler lower level bedrooms have ceiling fans.

This home is equally suited to couples, families and extended families. It can cater for up to 3 couples in comfort and privacy. For those families with small children please note that the family bedrooms are on the lower floor and the master on the upper - so there is some distance between you and your children. Additionally, as there are quite a number of stairs in this property it may prove unsuitable for those with walking difficulties. For parties including children the owners will fit stair gates.

The owners of Key Views have put a lot of thought into furnishing and finishing the home and have paid particular attention to the comments of previous guests as to how they can improve things. As a result the home features quite a few extras that you may not find in all homes: 

• Bed Linen is changed on a weekly basis,

• Telephone for local calls which will allow you to use your laptop and also call “home” with a phone card (which you can purchase from the local post office or news agent)

• Foxtel Satellite Television

• The home has a security entry system and is alarmed.

The townhouse is a short stroll from the beach and the marina complex in Mindarie - where you can spend some lazy hours watching the boats from the coffee shop or the excellent “Boat” tavern. If you are lucky you may even see some of the Dolphins who often come to play amongst the yachts.
