Heading through to the informal areas, you have another dining area leading to the spacious family room and well-equipped galley kitchen. Patio doors from the family room lead to the main covered patio with outdoor setting gas BBQ and large back garden. An additional feature here is the games room adjacent to the patio. This room is unfurnished and is ideal for a kids play area, or as an extension to your patio whilst entertaining. Patio doors from the other side of the family room take you to the pool area, complete with loungers and pool toys.

This family home easily sleeps 6 people. The tastefully decorated master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has full length mirrored wardrobes providing ample storage. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and bedroom 3 is guaranteed to be a hit with the younger members of the family with its Paddington bear theme. As well as a single bed there is also a pull-out trundle bed for additional guests.

The landlords have thought of everything with a washing machine and tumble drier in the laundry, a cot and highchair for any little ones and even books and board games. The home is also fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

This property is animal friendly with an enclosed area for your dog, all they ask is that you don’t let your 4 legged friend in the house, if he doesn’t like to stay outdoors he can sleep in the games room.
