Cooinda Cottage, Quinns: If you are a “watching the sunset over a glass of wine” kind of person, then Cooinda Cottage is your sort of place. Located in the “Old Quinns” are of Quinns Rocks, where the roads wind round the palm trees and homes look as though they have been built on the sand dunes to get the best views, Cooinda Cottage sits on a corner block amongst a mix of unique homes all contributing to the beachcomber feel of Old Quinns.

Cooinda Cottage is a recently renovated 4 bedroom 1 bathroom 2 toilet home, with a view! The owners have fitted a new kitchen and have tiled the living areas for a fresh bright feel to the home, the 4 bedrooms are all a good size and feature 2 queen rooms, 1 twin and 1 single with an extra trundle bed if required. The cosy living area has a TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need and is also air conditioned for your comfort.

At the rear of the property there is a large patio area with bbq facilities, an area of lawn and a rotary clothes drier. From the front of the property are lovely ocean views, perfect for enjoying with a glass of cabernet.

When the pull of the sea gets too much a short stroll with your fishing rod over your shoulder will find you at the gorgeous white sands of Quinns Beach, here you can join the morning fishermen or just watch and learn from the Sea View Café.

Although this home is not as large as some of our others the attraction is definitely the location.
