The family areas are decorated in light, bright colours with light beech flooring, giving the home a very bright and airy aspect. Modern furnishings throughout and a slight nautical feel make the property comfortable and homely.

The lounge room is furnished with large, comfy, bright red sofas and has a TV complete with a DVD player and Foxtel satellite television - ideal for children and sports fans alike. The dining area is furnished with a modern glass-topped dining suite and has patio doors leading to the shady courtyard which is complete with an outdoor setting and bbq. As you would expect in a home of this standard, the kitchen has every convenience including, microwave, dishwasher and of course the essential oversized fridge/freezer.

The Queen sized master bedroom is located at the front of the home. It has an en-suite shower room and a large walk in robe. Located off the family area you will find the minor bedrooms, a double and a twin, and also the family bathroom with shower and bath.

The home also boasts a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer and it is fully air conditioned to keep you cool on those warm summer days.

Fully equipped for 6 guests there is also a cot and highchair available should you require it.

The owners of Camden Villa have put a lot of thought into furnishing and finishing the home and have paid particular attention to the comments of previous guests as to how they can improve things. As a result the home features quite a few extras that you may not find in all homes:

• Bed Linen is changed on a weekly basis,

• Telephone for local calls which will allow you to use your laptop and also call “home” with a phone card (which you can purchase from the local post office or news agent)

• Foxtel Satellite Television

• The home has a security entry system and is alarmed.

Camden Villa is conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from the fantastic beach and the marina complex, where you can while away the day watching the boats from the coffee shop or the excellent “Boat” tavern, both of which serve great food. The Boat is especially popular on weekends with families, children are welcome until 9.30pm and always enjoy playing on the old surf lifesaving boat. You will also find live music most weekend nights.
