At the front of the home is a comfortably furnished lounge room, perfect for escaping from the kids and the noise that goes along with them. Here you will also find the large master bedroom complete with Queen sized bed, en-suite shower room and walk in robe.

The rear of the home has a dining area and a lovely family sitting area all on open plan with the large kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave and everything you are likely to need. The furnishings have all been carefully chosen to give the home a comfortable homely feel.

The minor bedrooms are located off the open plan area, one bunk room and 2 single rooms can sleep 4 or, for larger parties, the rooms can be changed to sleep 6. As is the norm in Australian houses, the family bathroom with over bath shower and laundry with washer are also here.

The home benefits from reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living areas which will also help to cool the sleeping areas as well.

Patio doors from the family sitting room lead to the cute rear courtyard with patio and deck, here you will also find an outdoor setting and bbq for enjoying the pleasant West Australian weather. The double garage is at the rear of the home and accessed via the courtyard.

A couple of minutes drive or a 15 minute walk will take to you either Mindarie or Quinns beaches, the same again will take you to Mindarie Marina where you can while away the day watching the boats from the coffee shop or the excellent “Boat” tavern, both of which serve great food. If you are lucky you may even see some of the Dolphins who often come to play amongst the yachts. The Boat is especially popular on weekends with families where children are welcome until 9.30pm. You will also find live music most weekend nights. A new micro brewery with restaurant (the Indi) is expected to be open by December 2005
