In a quiet street, 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Fremantle, Beaconsfield House is a 3 bedroom duplex which the owners have completely renovated (July 2005). The brick and tile exterior with it’s single car port is a perfect disguise for the modern interior of the home.

You enter the property directly into the open plan lounge dining room with its gorgeous leather lounge suite and a dining table you’d be happy to sit round all night. You also have a TV and hi-fi and the addition of a gas heater for those chilly mornings.

The kitchen is fit for gourmet cooking even if you are not a whizz with a wok - it even has a dishwasher so you don’t have to do the washing up. You will find a washing machine and tumble drier in the laundry.

Out back is a small enclosed courtyard, with an outdoor setting and bbq.
