  About us

29km from Perth CBD and approximately 2 km east of Wanneroo Rd is Banksia Grove. It's a small development going through some rapid growth alongside that of its close neighbours Carramar, Tapping, Sinagra and Ashby. With the population being mainly young couples and young families, homes in Banksia Grove are mostly starter homes (smaller, less expensive). There is also a proportion of rental homes both private and state.

Banksia Grove has a private Catholic School opened in Feb 2004 and also a community centre. The nearest shopping and entertainment is at Joondalup, a ten minute drive away, or slightly closer is Wanneroo. The nearest beach is Burns Beach a 15 minute drive away.

As far as amenities are concerned, Banksia Grove is :

  • 15 minutes drive from the nearest beach

  • 10-15 minutes drive to nearest take-aways, video shops etc

  • 15 minutes drive from the large retail park at Joondalup

  • 15 minutes drive to the station at Joondalup

  • 20 minutes drive from Mindarie marina.

  • 20 minutes on the train to Perth CBD
